The ICAS Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, who oversee our strategy and make sure we're run responsibly. The day-to-day work, supporting students, coordinating mentors and running the programme, is carried out by a small staff team.

The ICAS Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees who bring expertise from across the accountancy profession, the charity sector, and public life. Our trustees provide strategic oversight and are committed to the Foundation's mission of widening access to the profession.
Our Team
We are run by a small, dedicated team who manage student recruitment, mentor coordination, donor relations and day-to-day operations. We work closely with ICAS colleagues and a wider network of volunteers, mentors and partners.
How we're run
The ICAS Foundation is committed to good governance and transparency. The Foundation is overseen by our Board of Trustees, who bring a wide range of experience to their role and meet regularly to review our work, our finances and our progress against strategy.
Our annual reports and accounts are filed each year with OSCR, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator.
