About us

We are an independent social mobility charity, aligned with ICAS, governed by our own Board of Trustees and driven entirely by the needs of our students.

Talented young people from low-income backgrounds still face real barriers to entering the accountancy profession, not because they lack ability, but because they lack access, to information, to networks, and to the people who've walked the path before them. We exist to ensure ability, not background, determines opportunity, and since 2014 we've supported more than 400 students through bursary funding, mentoring and real career opportunities.
